  • Disc 1: The demonstration of how a therapist, Carl Rogers, uses client-centered psychotherapy with a patient, Gloria, as she reveals the conflict between her feelings, her beliefs, and her actions (a universal experience).
  • Disc 2: Describes the Gestalt therapy as practiced by Dr. Frederick Perls. Shows his interview with Gloria, the same patient as in Part 1, and gives a summation of the effectiveness of the interview.
  • Disc 3: Demonstrates client-centered therapy as practiced by Carl Rogers, Gestalt therapy as practiced by Frederick Perls, and rational-emotive therapy as practiced by Albert Ellis. Here the patient, Gloria, evaluates her own therapy.
